About Us

Mainstream is a leading independent administrator in Asia-Pacific, listed on the ASX (stock code: MAI). Our clients are typically fund managers, superannuation trustees and listed companies.

Mainstream Fund Services has specialist teams in investment administration (fund services), middle office, fund accounting and unit registry (transfer agency) services. Many of our employees have moved within these teams to progress their career. We also have dedicated teams in superannuation administration (Mainstream Superannuation Services) and share registry (ShareBPO).

Our offices are in prime locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Hong Kong, Singapore and New York. As well as your direct team you will have the opportunity to work with, and learn from, our business owners as they are directly involved in all aspects of the business.

Why work for us?

Five reasons to join us:

  • Build trusted, valued relationships with our clients. Every role is client-facing.
  • Work with people that act with honesty and integrity. Individuals are recognised and rewarded for their performance and contribution.
  • We aim for zero bureaucracy. Everyone is accountable for their actions and is expected to collaborate with other teams.
  • Focus on activities that help our clients be high performing. Use only the best available technology platforms.
  • Come to work feeling empowered. Solve problems and seek out new ways to grow with our clients.
